Cookie policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on shop.honeycombbrands.co.uk, what they do, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves on your device. Websites can also save information in your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. In this policy "cookies" covers both.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work and don't need your consent. Others help us understand how the site is used; we only use those with your consent.
2. Strictly necessary
These keep the site secure and working. They can't be switched off.

3. Visit tracking
Our website platform can record which pages you visit and how you found us, so that if you then contact us or buy a work we can see what brought you here. This page history is only recorded if you choose "Accept all".

Our website platform also sets one cookie on every visit, before you make a choice, and we can't currently switch it off:

You can delete this cookie at any time in your browser settings. If our platform provider lets us hold it back until you choose, we'll update this policy.
4. Payments
When you buy a work, our payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout. These are needed to take your payment securely and prevent fraud, so they're strictly necessary. They're covered by the payment provider's own cookie policy.
5. Other Honeycomb sites
Our other websites, such as honeycombbrands.co.uk, studio.honeycombbrands.co.uk and media.honeycombbrands.co.uk, have their own cookie policies. If you visited our previous shop at honeycombbrands.co.uk before October 2026, your browser may still hold cookies from that shop platform (for example _shopify_y) or Google Analytics (_ga, _gid). This site doesn't read or use them, and you can delete them in your browser settings.
6. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept all cookies or essential cookies only. Your page history is only recorded if you choose "Accept all". The exception is the msgsndr_id cookie (section 3). We remember your choice for 14 days, then ask again.
To change your choice later, clear the cookies and site data for shop.honeycombbrands.co.uk in your browser settings. The banner will appear again on your next visit.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. The ICO explains more at ico.org.uk.
