Delivery and returns
Everything you need to know about how we send your work, what it costs and how to return it. Nothing here affects your legal rights; see also our terms of sale.
1. Delivery charges
Each work is packed with care. Delivery charges per order:
| Destination | Delivery |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Free |
| European Union | £8 |
| Isle of Man and Channel Islands | £8 |
| United States and Canada | £10 |
| Rest of the world | £10 |
We'll email you when your work has been sent. Delivery times are estimates.
2. International orders
For deliveries outside the UK, the destination country may charge import duties, customs fees, local VAT or sales taxes and handling charges. These are the customer's responsibility unless we tell you otherwise before you pay, and we can't refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your local customs authority, depending on its rules. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.
3. Returns (30 days)
As well as your legal rights, we offer a goodwill returns policy: you can ask to return a work within 30 days of receiving it.
To be accepted, the work must come back in the condition you received it: undamaged and in its original protective packaging, with any certificates or care cards that came with it. Please include your proof of purchase. Unless the work is damaged, faulty or not as described, you pay the cost of returning it, including for international returns.
4. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you're a consumer in the UK, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your work, for any reason, and then a further 14 days to send it back. Unless the work is faulty, you pay the return postage. If the work has been handled more than you'd need to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. Full details are in our terms of sale.
5. How to return a work
Email us at [email protected] with your order details before you send anything. Returns must be agreed before you post them; works sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted. We'll confirm the return address. Please pack the work carefully, use a tracked and insured service, and keep proof of postage.
6. Damaged or faulty works
Please check your work when it arrives. If it's damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us straight away with photos of the work and the packaging. We'll put it right and cover the cost of returning it.
7. Refunds
We'll let you know when we've received and checked your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days, and always within 14 days of us receiving the work back. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't seen your refund after 15 working days, please email us.
8. Commissions
If a work is commissioned or made to your own specification, you can't cancel once we've started making it, unless it's faulty or not as agreed. We'll send it only after you've confirmed the final work, for example from preview photos, and we'll confirm in writing when an order is treated as a commission.
